Illustrating Collaboration Networks with D3 (without ego node)

You can find the code on GitHub. Below I show an example, which was created with this python script. It shows some of the publications written by Rosalind Franklin. Input is a BibTex file.

You can drag the nodes around and also double-click them to get a link to the scientist or the paper.
